The CIPLE — Certificado Inicial de Português Língua Estrangeira — is the A2 certificate in Portuguese as a foreign language, issued by CAPLE. We prepare you for it with one-to-one lessons built around the exam, the level you're starting from and the time you have before the test date.
For anyone who needs the certificate for Portuguese nationality, residence, work or study.
You don't need to be at A2 level already to begin. We start from where you are and work towards what the exam asks of you.
The four skills the exam tests: listening, reading, writing and speaking.
Alongside them, the grammar and vocabulary you need to communicate at A2 level, and practice with the kinds of tasks the exam puts in front of you.
Everything is adapted to your starting level and to the time available before the exam.
The preparation is a pack of 10 lessons (€150): two lessons a week, over the five weeks before your exam date.
The calendar is anchored to the exam date, not to general availability — we work backwards from the test so that everything has its place before the day.
Lessons are online, one to one and 50 minutes long, and the pack includes exam simulations.
€20 — individual 50-minute lesson.
€18 per lesson when you pay for the month in advance.
€80 — pack of 5 lessons.

Preparation includes simulations of the exam, so you get to know the format, practise under realistic timing and see clearly where you still need work before the real test.
